APS uses high quality detergents and minimal pressure to achieve the desired results. We cater for every one whether you're just keeping the exterior clean and tidy or your a painter wanting a pre-paint wash down with moss and mould.

Call us for a pre-paint wash of almost anything. If you're planning to paint your house, fence, factory, or even water tanks call for a free wash down quote. Washing off all the dirt and killing the moss and mould spores will speed up the preparation and improve the finish and durability of your paint job.
Do you control Lichen on roofs?
Yes. APS can handle all roof cleaning. Different surfaces require different treatments. Call or email us for a free quote.
Will water leak into my house?
APS uses low pressure washing of all surfaces. We hand and brush wash any area that might leak or looks fragile. Because of the low pressure water is not forced passed window seals or under doors.
Do I need to be home while you work?
No. APS use petrol powered machinery when ever possible and carry a generator for electrical needs. We can even bring enough water to wash your property if needed.
What time of year is best to wash my house and clean the paths?
There really isn't any time that suits better than another. Winter rain softens the dirts and makes them easier to remove. Moss and mould can be very slippery during wet weather and should be removed before the rain sets in.
Will it damage my garden and plants? NO!
APS staff are trained to avoid damaging anything. The detergents we use are mild on the enviroment but hard on dirt, moss and lichen. We will also move pot plants away if needed.
